There's a stable in the city (yes) and they let you just shovel it into what ever you bring.

They have different aging sections.

It is currently possible to participate in more than just the local community exchange system. I’m not familiar with the details, though. I do think that, on the whole, the system needs to mature before it becomes practical on a large scale. I just see it as a useful, perhaps essential, stepping stone to a society without currency.

composting in the winter--- you need 3 buckets, kitchen waste and sawdust and limestone.
