You would like to plan a good party Women's Carl Nassib Jersey , but you don’t desire to break the bank to do it. Do not fear. The most proud parties are well planned, not the most expensive.

You perhaps bear in mind a good party you attended at one time or another. Though they are a great place to glean ideas, don’t effort to duplicate a party you’ve already attended. You wish your party to be remembered for the fun and the festivities, not because it was just like someone else’s.

Initially, set a realistic budget and stick to it. Ask your friends to assist in the planning practice. Perhaps your friend who’s a great artist can help you design some affordable and inventive invitations. It could be another friend has an exceptional music collection or karaoke system. Borrow and barter with your friends and family members as much as possible to keep your expenses down.

One other great tip when you plan a birthday party on a budget is to limit the amount you will have to spend on food. This is really done with careful preparing and thought. Pick to have your party at a time of day when people have already eaten, such as shortly after lunchtime. That way you will only have to provide basic snacks. Strategize on making most of the food yourself to keep the expenses down.

To make a good mix, and keep a birthday party on budget, use your imagination and make substitutions where possible. Choose a theme for your party, but do not spend your whole budget on decorating. Centralize on a couple of key elements and accent with simple things such as balloons and streamers.
The most essential part is to have a good time. With some fresh ideas and careful planning and organization, you can stay within your budget yet throw a party that all the attendees will enjoy and remember for a long time to come.

SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Two troopers belonging to Indian army were wounded Thursday in fighting with militants in restive Indian-controlled Kashmir, police said.

The gunfight broke out at Shahgund in Hajin of Bandipora district, about 38 km north of Srinagar city, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.

""Two army men were wounded in a brief gunfight today morning at Hajin,"" a police official posted in Bandipora said. ""The army and police personnel jointly launched cordon and search operation on specific inputs about presence of militants in the locality. However, a gunfight was triggered after the joint party came under fire.""

Reports said three militants present in the area managed to break the cordon and escape from the village.

The wounded troopers were immediately evacuated to army's base hospital in Srinagar, police said.

A guerrilla war is going on between militants and Indian troops stationed in Indian-controlled Kashmir since 1989. The gunfight between the two sides takes place intermittently across the region.

Kashmir, the Himalayan region divided between India and Pakistan is claimed by both in full. Since their Independence from Britain in 1945, the two countries have fought three wars, two exclusively over Kashmir.

BEIJING, May 13 (Xinhua) -- When world leaders convene in Beijing seeking ways to connect Asia, Europe and Africa for shared economic benefits, they are doing their part for a fairer world order.

The upcoming Belt and Road forum which opens on Sunday will discuss fairer use of resources to improve infrastructure and ensure the free flow of goods and services.

For decades, resources have been hogged by developed nations leaving developing nations with a vast deficit in infrastructure and social development.

With emerging and developing economies now contributing more than 60 percent of global growth, it is time to make some changes.

The Belt and Road is a solution suggested by China. Since 2013, China has already invested more than 50 billion U.S. dollars on railways, roads and ports in nations which have for many years been largely neglected by the West.

The impact of the initiative is conspicuous in the least developed nations in Africa and Asia where China offers a once-in-a-lifetime crack at moderate prosperity.

As some western countries move backwards by erecting "walls," China is contriving to build bridges, both literal and metaphorical. These bridges are China's important offering to the world, and a key route to improving global governance. Proposed by China, the Belt and Road is for all to enjoy.

A new economic paradigm is emerging to patch up the holes in global governance, not rip up the existing world order and throw it away.

China's economic and social development has benefited greatly from an open and interdependent global system. It is not in the interests of China to dismantle the current system, but renovation of the current architecture will bring greater benefits to China and the rest of the world.

Covering over 60 percent of the world's population and nearly one third of global economic output, the Belt and Road has the support of more than 100 countries and institutions.

China is not willing or able to replace or replicate the vast web of political and economic tendrils maintained by the United States, but China is trying to take the current structure and build from it a more just and balanced world.
